More than just sour grapping, my friend is really fuming right now. I understand her… it is not really easy dealing with this, especially that this society is very paternal. But how can someone ever get to loosen her grip when she has to deal with a husband involved in marital affairs? Last week we visited an old, run down local church. It’s not used any more and the kind of place the local kids rush by rather than linger. Anyway, in one shot I caught some odd lights in an upper window near the rear of the church. Ghost pictures? You never know, but there’s absolutely no reason for the lights to be there at that time, and the idea of reflections of the sun is out of the question as it was quite a dull day.

About three weeks ago I woke up with a lot of pain in my lower back.  I tried everything I could thing of to relieve the pain.  I tried heat, ice, whirlpool therapy and finally went to the doctor.  They took xrays but didn’t see anything that was alarming.  The doctor prescribed some muscle relaxers and pain killers.  Neither one is helping.  The pain is still there and I don’t like the pain killers.  I am thinking about going to a chiropractor to see if I can get some relief.  I have never been to a chiropractor before and don’t really know how to choose one.

I was doing some holiday shopping the other day and I came across a store that had holiday g strings and bras for sale.  I thought that they were adorable and went in and bought myself a set.  Why not give myself a little holiday gift for me?   I deserve a little something considering the fact that I am the one out there doing all of the holiday shopping for the whole extended family.  I had a lot of fun buying myself a little something special.  Next time I shop I will be sure to have my new set on because I love it!

My father had a back injury from a car accident a few years ago. We have always lived in the northern states and the cold weather was really starting to bother his bones.
