When you are of the right age when you are already working.  Well all I can advise you is work for somebody who is responsible enought to have an Employers Liability.  Employer’s liability is an insurance that employer’s get for when his or her employees’ suddenly had an accident or developed a disease or became sick in the course of employment.  If however you found out that your boss does not have that.  Well you actually report him to the authorities since it is the law.  Employers should have Employer’s Liiability as part of their being an Employer.
