I am a salesperson for a phone directory. I sell ad space to businesses. Many of my clients include doctors and lawyers. My neighbors are so nosey. They once saw me meeting with an oncologist, so they started telling people I had cancer. They saw me meeting with federal criminal defense lawyers in Los Angeles today. I can just imagine the rumors that will be floating around the neighborhood next. I’m anxious to hear what they say I need an attorney for. Maybe I murdered someone or embezled money from a large corporation.
