Today interior design is all the rage. With the economy like it is more and more homeowners are opting to stay in their homes and renovate and redecorate. I have a degree in interior design and my interior decorating career has taken off over the past two years. I really have a good time working with clients and bouncing design ideas back and forth. I always get great references and have found that the best advertising is the word of mouth I receive from happy clients. The harp has the C Major Scale well represented as it has a one row of strings for each note in it (especially in the case of harps originating from Europe). The player can easily tell which string is which when strummed because all F strings are black/blue and all C strings are colored red/orange. Commonly, the first four fingers of each hand are used to pluck the strings. Is there any type of guarantee about having your wedding photographer’s pictures come out like you want them to? Should I hire maybe a couple of different photographers so that I know I will get the desired pictures I am looking for? Is there a contract that I have to sign that makes me commit to paying or ordering a certain amount of pictures? I am very fond of a coventry wedding photographer that I have seen but I do not know if it is rude or if he would be offended that I hire 2 different companies to try to capture my day.

There have been so many preconceptions about tattoos in the past. Actually,the preconceptions or should I say misconceptions are still there in the minds of people. Maybe its because the way Hollywood portrayed film baddies, who would have tattoos to add to their menacing character. We can already see how this has changed and now lots of celebrities( especially the younger ones) proudly show off their latest tattoo designs.

Two celebrities that are known to have tattoos and body art are Robbie Williams and David Beckham. Williams prefers to select tattoos based on their artistic merit, while on the other hand, Beckham’s are a public statement of love for his family.

No matter what your views are about tattoos or body art, you cant dispute their contribution to modern art. At the very top end of the tattoo profession, a handful of skilled and experienced tattooists compete for the major tattoo body art awards which shows that tattoos are very much a part of the mainstream.

I have three tattoos, and only I know my tattoo meanings. Each tattoo has a special meaning. I have never told anyone what each tattoo means. Family members and friends think that I chose the tattoos for their beauty, but deeper meaning lies in each one. They represent my life. They tell a story. They know things that no one else knows about me. It is my way of speaking about events in my life, without having to talk about them. My tattooss represent my feelings that I do not care to express otherwise.

I was home a few weeks ago and while I was there I attended my sister’s dance audition. She was trying out for our local theater’s performance of High School Musical. As I watched her getting prepared in the lobby I wondered what was going through her mind. Was she nervous or excited? Will her dreams be crushed if she doesn’t get the part? I often wonder if the pressure that is attached to dance auditions is the cause for many dancers to quit their destiny. Now don’t get me wrong, I do believe there are certain cases in which people are in a delusional world thinking they are destined to dance when in reality they have no rhythm whatsoever but that is rarely the case. So let’s take my sister for instance. She has an amazing talent and I believe dance is what she’s meant to do, but if she doesn’t get this audition will that lead her to quit her dreams? I can’t really answer my own question. All I can hope for is that she does her best. If she doesn’t get the part, it’s not the end of the world but I really pray for her sake that she’s strong enough to see that.

Sometimes when I get bored, I like to mess around with watercolors.  Usually I like to paint things like flowers or fruit.  I don’t consider myself particularly talented; usually my paintings don’t turn out the way I’d like them to.  But, some people seem to like them.  My brother-in-law has a degree in Fine Arts, so I was flattered when he complimented my work.  He said I should sell them.  The thought of my watercolor paintings for sale is pretty strange, but now I’m kind of curious.  I wonder if people would actually pay money for them.  I suppose there’s only one way to find out!

I am a wanna be tattoo artist. Although I have had no training and wouldn’t know where to even start getting it. I think I would make a great tattoo artist. It all started with a fascination for tribal tattoo designs. After seeing one I had to copy it and I began sketching out more and more and looking through books to get more ideas. Before I knew it I had a binder full of tribal art. Over the last couple of years I have drawn thousands of pieces that I think would look awesome inked onto someones body. I have one friend who took one of my pieces in and had it put on his shoulder. It looked awesome. So, if you know of any tattoo shops who are looking for an artist, let me know.

I have always wanted to learn how to play the guitar. I remember my friend teaching me a little bit over one summer when I was a camp counselor. I loved it. I would like to play an acoustic guitar because I love the sound of them. They are very natural, but an electric guitar gives you a lot more options as far as volume is concerned. The only thing I am not sure of is whether or not there is a difference between an experienced player’s guitar and a beginner’s guitar. Is there some sort of “top 10 electric guitars for beginners” guide. I suppose I could just ask my instructor. He should be able to guide me.
