As a personal trainer and amateur dietitian, I often get asked a litany of questions ranging from what are the best foods to eat for my blood type, or how many types of calories should I be eating, and the list could go on.

The truth is; I enjoy hearing these questions. And it’s even better when I have an answer.

One of the most common requests I get is how to Get fit Quickly.

Although my replies vary according to the level of fitness of the person asking, I always include the following: Eat a healthy diet with not too many fat calories, and maintain a steady regimen of exercise and physical activity.

It works. Believe me.
