Growing up with a birthmark on my neck has been a bit of a challenge.  When I was in school everyone thought I had a hickey and always made fun of me.  Now that I am older, I have completely forgotten about it, for the most part, except when I see people staring and talking amongst their friends and then they all stare.  I get quite upset.  My parents could never afford to have it removed or lightened, so I decided to contact the Victorian Cosmetic Institute to see if they could help me.  They said that they could.  I am so happy to have found someone that can help me get rid of the embarrassment on my neck.
