There is something about helping people that makes a career in the medical field very attractive to a lot of people.  Dialysis jobs are those that are filled by people with a caring nature who want to help people who are suffering from kidney failure to lead a more normal life.  The jobs do require training but the help that is provided for the people in need far outweighs the requirement of the training for the task.  It would be better if more people were willing to help those who are suffering through no fault of their own.  Think about it.
