When it comes to managing work related stress you need to adopt a two pronged approach the first prong of which is dealing with the symptoms of stress and the second of which is tackling the root causes of your stress. When it comes to dealing with the symptoms of stress at work the quickest and easiest thing you can do is to simple take a few minutes of time out whenever you can and take a little light exercise. For example, at lunchtime take a packed lunch with you and get out of the building if the weather permits to eat it. Then, before going back into work take a good brisk walk and focus your attention on anything but your work.
