Turbulence Training – Summary
November 29, 2008 6:12 pm HealthFrom my analysis on Turbulence Training which was conducted using feed-backs from forums and social websites like Face-Book, Craig Ballantyne’s eBook was very good.Here is a general summary of the feed-backs -1. Customers experienced loss in body fat and muscle development2. Customers were disappointed (very few of them) because it was not a quick fix to their weight3. Customers did not put in the effort and time – and of course, failed.The second result shows clearly that if you have unrealistic goals, like losing 5 pounds in a day, then you are setting yourself up for failure. Weight loss cannot happened overnight – to lose weight you need to be patient, and work hard to get the results. If you stick to it consistently, you will lose more weight and keep the weight off!
