When I was in school we had a guy that was in a “cutting phase” who was eating a diet of like 80% fat and he was still able to lose body fat.Anyway, do a circuit of compound weight exercises for 40 min followed by another 15min of hard cardio. Then when you are ready to focus on muscle building you can change it up.
