My son came in the other day and commented on how bright the light is in my living room. He complains about everything, but this time I do have to agree with him. You can either have very bright light in the room or none at all. My husband wants to install a dimmer switch, but I don’t know anything about electricity. How easy is this to install? My husband can do basic electrical tasks, yet I don’t want him undertaking anything major. I want to ask an electrician about what I should look for if he installs it wrong. He’s determined to do it so I want to know if there is a problem so I can call someone in right away.
