I leave in an apartment that allows pets and the neighbor’s dog bark a lot.  I can hear the dog loud and clear through my walls.  I don’t have any pets myself, and enjoy my quiet time at home. I don’t really know my neighbor that well, but I guess I am going to have to say something to him.  I really don’t want to have to get the apartment management involved, but I may be forced to.  That dog just barks and barks.  You would think it would drive them crazy down there, but I guess not.  I should have known better moving into a place that allows dogs.
