Coffee is one of my favorite beverages. I’ve gone on coffee-tasting tours in Europe that have helped broaden my palate. I know that writing a coffee maker review doesn’t make me an expert on coffee makers. However, I certainly know enough about what I want from a coffee maker to write a balanced critique. For me, a good coffee maker brews coffee quickly and does so with water that is lower than boiling point. That way, all the volatile compounds and aromatic oils contained in the coffee bean are fully extracted into your drink. The result is a fuller, smoother taste that you won’t quickly forget.
