Did you know there is a lucrative career behind the signs at bus stops? One of my best friends straight out of high school got a job as a person who checks out the exhibition displays at bus stops. She checks the quality of the board for breakage, vandalism and overall wear of the poster. I could not believe the amount of money that she was paid to drive around the city and check on her signs. On occasion she would pick up trash around her local signs, but for the most part, the job would be a cinch to do.
