Do Pilates to Loose Weight?
July 28, 2008 1:11 pm MiscellaneousAlthough, I have heard that you can lose weight with yoga and pilates, but I am not 100 percent sure if it really work? I have heard yes and no. I guess it really depends on how often you go to classes, or practice at home, and how your body and metabolism works in order to determine whether or not you actually get fit doing the programs. I mean, I figure you may loose a few pounds if you keep up with it daily, but I do not know if I have seen real long term results with using pilates or yoga as a fitness program.
