I called my bank the other day about some mortgage problems.  The lady that answered the phone did not have any idea why I was having the troubles that I was having with my mortgage, so she transferred me over to the department that she thought was the correct one for answering the question that I had and for fixing my mortgage problem. 

When I finally was transferred to the correct department, they were extremely helpful and they answered my questions and fixed my mortgage problems right there and while I was on the phone with them.  It was such a relief to get that all corrected.
