It seems like everyone is in the mood to shape up this year.  But not everyone will have the same advantage in getting started.  Some people still are not doing their homework and end up wasting their time at the gym.  Sure they are burning calories, but they will never see significant results because they continue to make tragic mistakes.  There are muscle building basics that must be followed in order to keep your body challenged and growing.  Training on your own without direction is almost like running in place.
