If you’re an internet user you have probably heard about malware: spyware and adware.  These are programs that install themselves on your computer without your knowledge and steal personal data and record information about you.  Some are just annoying and slow down your computer by issuing pop up ads and other annoying "features."

The only way to get rid of these types of programs is to use the best anti spyware programs you can find.  I like XoftSpySE by ParetoLogic, but there are several titles out there to choose from.  I use XoftSpySE because it has the biggest definition list and found spyware on our test computer that no other spyware program found.  

If you want to protect yourself from the threat of identity theft, then you should be sure that you have an antispyware program installed on your computer.
